Welcome to Community On Line, a ministry of
Community Baptist Church.
Pastor
John Ludka and his family came to New London County in November of 1999. After
serving as an assistant pastor in a large church in Long Beach, CA, he felt
God's leading to return home to Southeastern CT to start Community Baptist
Church. The growth of this area was indication enough that New London County
needed a strong, Bible believing church with a friendly spirit.
Stepping out in faith, Pastor Ludka trusted God to establish a dynamic church
in Groton. There were no people, no buildings, and no salary...just a heart of
faith and the call of God.
After weeks of prayerful preparation and personal visitation throughout the
community, opening day arrived! On April 9, 2000 we enjoyed our first "get
acquainted" service. On this Sunday, forty-four people attended, one soul was
saved and many people decided to make this new church their "church home." This
marked the beginning of God's blessings on this brand new church.
Our church didn’t have magnificent buildings or a dynamic choir, but word
quickly spread that there was something very exciting happening down at that
hotel across from Wal-Mart! People didn’t seem to mind meeting in a hotel
conference room and using guest rooms for nursery and Jr. Church. We even used
the hotel pool many times for our baptistry. The people coming to Community
Baptist agreed that this was a friendly place where they truly belonged.
We experienced wonderful memories at the hotel. Many of those memories were
souls being saved and then discipled. Our time at the hotel was shortened by
our rapid growth. After we squeezed 88 people in, we realized it was time to
move on!
On May 5, 2002 we had our first official service in our new location. We chose
to call this day "Open House Sunday", because we wanted to share the blessings
here with our community. This truly was an historic day for CBC. We had a
prayer of dedication followed by special music. The Lord blessed the fruits of
our labor on this day. We had 149 in our services and 12 people were gloriously
saved.
The Lord continues to bless our ministry. We are once again in the process of
looking for a larger facility. We like to call these “good problems”.
As we consider our history, along with some recent blessings – I think you can
see that we believe our future will be bright as well. From our first services
held in a hotel conference room and the mid-week service in the Ludka’s living
room, to the great things we are seeing today and into the future, our vision
remains the same. It truly is a joy to be a part of a young church that is
impacting New London County for our Lord Jesus Christ.
Come Grow With Us.
Philippians 1:6 - "Being confident of this very thing,
that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the
day of Jesus Christ;"
Get "saved"?
Saved from what?
Chances are if anyone has ever asked you, "Are you saved?",
your response has been "save it." You're a pretty good person, right? You're
nice to people, you do the right thing, you pay your bills on time (mostly),
and you only think about killing certain people but never actually go through
with it. You don't do terrible things, so why would you need someone to "save"
you? Especially an Israelite who lived 2,000 years ago?
Well, let's look at his resumé. Along with being a renowned public speaker,
Jesus Christ did these things called miracles. He healed terminally ill people
(some were even dead), walked on water, and fed over 5,000 people with only two
fish and five loaves of bread. And that's the short list. No, these events
Jesus performed aren't fables or folklore. They are documented historical
facts. Because of this, only one of two conclusions can be drawn:
-
Jesus really is the Son of God, or
-
His slight-of-hand illusions make Houdini and Copperfield
look like sideshow wannabes.
Okay, so what is He "saving" us from? A little time-travel
excursion back to the beginning shows us.
Adam and Eve disobey God and bring sin into the world. Whoever is a descendant
of Adam and Eve (that's everyone) is automatically born into sin. (Romans
5:12,
3:23) "But that's not fair!" (Fair? Ummm,
welcome to life.) Sin is death. Death is not Life. God is Life. So sin means
separation from God for all eternity. God's in Heaven, not in Hell. So if
you're separated from God, there's only one other choice... and NO ONE wants to
go there. The simple fact is... a penalty must be paid for sin... and God
doesn't want you to pay it! Pretty AWESOME, huh? (Romans
6:23,
Revelation 20:14-15)
You're probably thinking, "Hey, Adam and Eve committed the sin, not me. I
didn't have a choice! Why should my eternal destiny be defaulted to Hell?"
Exactly! That's the way Jesus felt, and that's why He came. (John
3:16,
Romans 5:8-10) He wanted to pay the price for
sin so you wouldn't have to. Think about it. He's God. He humbled Himself and
beccame a man. He allowed himself to be beaten beyond all human recognition and
killed...on purpose. He was a sacrifice for our sin. All this from God... who,
as a man, never committed one single sin. Ever. Talk about nice! Sounds like He
loves you A LOT!
So He died, and then came back to life again. "Back to life?" Well, sure, come
on - He's God! And His coming back to life meant that death (sin) didn't defeat
Him. It was proof that He "won."(Revelation
1:18,
Romans 4:25) Jesus did all of this because He
doesn't want you to go to Hell. He's not guilty of anything but paid the price
for everything. (Hebrews
10:12,
I Peter 3:18) So why isn't His payment just
"automatic"? Well, God made us with a free will. God isn't going to force
anything on us. The choice is ours to make. And without His love, we wouldn't
even have a choice.
So, you have the choice to either ask Jesus to be your personal Savior and
trust Him to forgive your sin and get you to Heaven... OR... you can turn down
His offer. So, what are you waiting for? Right now, you can choose to RESPOND
to God's offer! Romans 10:13 says "For
whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
You can accept God's gift right now. Pray a simple prayer, admit your sin, and
ask Jesus Christ to be your personal Savior! God promises He will answer, and
give you eternal life in Heaven! (John
3:16)
It's a decision you'll never regret!!

Have you ever questioned
why you believe what you say you believe? Many people go through life with
undefined beliefs and practices. Whether the beliefs are spiritual, relational,
or political, I have found that many of us have adopted our ideolology based
upon assumption or coercion.
If you grew up in a home where politics were a strong focus, most likely you
have adopted those same beliefs. If you grew up in a home where your parents
were religious, most likely you have adopted their beliefs. This may not be
true in every case, but there is a strong percentage who have adopted views,
beliefs, and let’s not mention those habits we picked up along the way that we
said we would never do! Influence is a very powerful tool.
I had many influential people in my life while growing up. Although they were
good people I quickly came to the conclusion that I needed to find out what to
believe and why...for myself.
At CBC we strongly believe everyone should know what to believe...Biblically.
You say, “but how, there is so much to learn and so many people have taught me
what to believe?” It is our desire to take the Word of God and show you what
God says, through practical messages and through many helpful tools our church
provides to give you the answers you need. Anyone that has a desire to learn
more about God, may understand what God’s word says and how to apply it to
their everyday life.
In only a few years CBC has had the privilege to influence hundreds of people
to know why they believe what they say they believe. What about you?

We have much to offer in
the area of children's ministries. Our caring workers use a curriculum, which
includes a Bible story, coloring sheets, crafts, and Bible verses to help
reinforce what was learned in class. Each week kid’s also enjoy snack time and
of course lots of play time.

At CBC, our children's ministries are always exciting! Super Church is
one area at CBC that kids come be a part of a ministry that provides a fun
atmosphere for everyone. Games, contests, prizes, practical Bible teaching, and
activities are just some of the highlights that keep the children coming back
for more.
Summer is always an exciting time at Community Baptist. We have many new
programs that are going to be available: Vacation Bible School, Summer
adventure trips, special children's programs, --just to name a few. If you have
a desire to see your child develop a heart for God and have fun at the same
time, CBC is definitely the place to be!
Adult Bible Class and
Ministries meet every Sunday morning at 10:00am and join together for monthly
activities.
Meeting the needs of each individual is important to us at
Community. One of the great needs in our society is fellowship with other
believers.
Adult Bible Class - This
class meets each Sunday morning at 10:00am. Here our goal is to tackle the
issues we face everyday; biblically. Such as, “What is God’s Will for me?”,
“How do I overcome vices in my life?”. And much more...
Young at Hearts - This
class is for those 55 and older, who feel young at heart! We meet every other
month for activities, fellowship, brunches and Bible study.
OverSEAers - This is a
support group designed to meet the needs of our military families, particularly
when Hubby and Daddy are underway. Each military family is issued a family in
the church to “oversee” their needs.
Singles - This group
meets each Sunday after the morning services for a meal and time of fun. They
enjoy getting together for Bible study and great activities.

God Bless America!
"Greater love hath no man than this,
that a man lay down his life for his friends."--John 15:13
"God Bless America" is the heartbeat of Community Baptist
Church. Groton, Connecticut is a port city known as the Submarine capital of
the world. At any point in time, the large Sub School located on the base
trains several thousand young men and women. With the United States Coast Guard
Academy in neighboring New London, this means there are thousands of military
families in our surrounding area.
As you can imagine this poses a great need and desire to
reach and minister to these dear men and ladies, who sacrifice to defend our
nation. At Community, we endeavor to do just that.
Each week we have church families distributing information
about our church to military housing and throughout the barracks. This has been
an affective tool in reaching our military. Along with our outreach programs we
have implemented some other means to show that Community Baptist cares...one
way was distributing homemade cookies to the sailors in the barracks, another
was a Thanksgiving celebration in their honor...what a feast!
We
have learned that our military singles have one common denominator...they all
love to eat! One way we fill that need for a home cooked meal is by opening up
several homes from our church family to provide a place to relax, play video
games, and eat and eat. Oh yes, did I mention eat? This usually takes place
after the Sunday morning service. Transportation is always provided to and from
the base. Just give the church a call.
Another way we honor our military is by our Military
Appreciation services. Here we dedicate an entire Sunday to thank our
servicemen and hear testimonies from our church members.
We also have a ministry to our Military families. The
OverSEAers is a support group for the wives and
children while hubby and daddy is underway. We issue each military family a
family in the church just before a long term deployment. The church family will
be available for advice regarding car trouble, offer fellowship, or address any
other need that may arise.
Leaving for Deployment? As
a convenience to our submariner friends, the following is a list of like faith
and practice churches located near submarine bases around the world. The list
has graciously been provided by Armed Forces Baptist Missions.

I guess you might call me a religious “mutt.” No, I did not
say a nut. I grew up with a little of everything in the realm of “Christian”
teaching. I attended Catholic church and school. I attended a
Non-denominational church, where I trusted Christ as my Savior at age 11. This
church was affiliated with Pentecostal churches. I also attended a Baptist
church and school which grounded me in the faith. It was due to this background
that I searched for answers to the seeming contradictions which I perceived.
Listening to various teachers and diligently searching the Scriptures, I
concluded that the literal interpretation of the Bible and the leading of the
Holy Spirit is the only acceptable means of understanding the Word of God. I
realized that the Baptist doctrine and distinctives are biblically accurate,
which gave me the security I needed to fully commit my service to God. I have
had the privilege of serving in church ministries since I was 17 years old. Now
I have the greatest thrill of my life to share the truth of God’s Word with
those who serve along side of me and those who attend our services. Email me

I serve as Minister of Records and Corporate Secretary for
Community Baptist Church. I was saved in the spring of 1989 and baptized soon
thereafter. As a child, I attended Colwyn Baptist Church. When I became a
teenager, I started hanging around the wrong crowd and stopped attending church
altogether. In my early twenties I met a godly man with whom I played
basketball. Over the course of time he began witnessing to me. It wasn't until
after joining the military at age 23 and getting stationed in Bremerton, WA,
that I really began searching for peace in my life. A fellow sailor I was
stationed with at Naval Hospital Bremerton invited me to Calvary Baptist
Church. I began attending there and soon the Word of God brought me under
conviction. The pastor would invite me to his home for Sunday meals every week.
There was one particular Sunday when Pastor Kain shared with me how to be
saved. When I went back to my barracks room that evening, I prayed, confessed
my sins, and asked Christ to be my savior. One of the verses that has helped me
have assurance of my salvation is Jeremiah 31:3 which says:
"The Lord hath appeared of old unto me,
saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasing love: therefore with
lovingkindness have I drawn thee."
I am happily married to my lovely wife JoAnn since 1998. We
are hoping to adopt two young Russian boys from Siberia, Russia. Please pray
for the adoption. |

I grew up as a pastor's kid in a Presbyterian Church, but
unfortunately did not hear the gospel according to the Bible until later in my
life. I realized that I was following man-made standards rather than having a
relationship with Jesus Christ. I got saved in 1986 at a Baptist church but
struggled for a while because I had been previously sprinkled at the
Presbyterian Church. Through careful study of scripture, I came to the
realization that baptism through immersion was a step that I needed to take as
a professing Christian. Not having had proper teaching and instruction on how
to live as a Christian, I was living two distinctly different lives--one in the
church and one in the world. It was over the course of some trials that I
surrendered my life to Lord and sought Him for direction and guidance for my
life. God answered my prayer by sending my family to a fundamental
Bible-believing church during which my children got saved and I learned how a
Christian should conduct his life.
As treasurer, I would like to share my personal struggle with the biblical
mandate of tithing. I used to find it absolutely ridiculous that I was supposed
to give up a tenth of my paycheck to the Lord. I would think about the bills
that needed to be paid and all of the other things that I wanted to buy. But
God gave me the courage and the strength to trust Him and once I began tithing
I haven't looked back. Realizing everything God has done for me, it no longer
became a problem to give back to God a small portion of what He abundantly
supplies me with. Ever since I made the commitment to tithe faithfully to the
Lord, I have found that the Lord has blessed my life even more so. How many
more years of blessings could I have received if I had just trusted in God
sooner? |

I was saved in 1978 at the age of 5. It was during Sunday
School. My teacher was talking about Hell and that it was put there by God as a
punishment for sin. She said that because we have all sinned, we are headed to
Hell. As you can imagine, it scared this 5 year old. But what she said next
took my fear away forever. She said we didn't have to go to Hell, but that God
had sent His Son to die on the cross for our sins and if we accept Jesus Christ
by faith, we would be saved and be destined for Heaven.
I am sure I had heard that story many times, but this time I understood it. I
stayed after class and accepted the Lord as my Saviour. I wish I could say that
the rest of my life I have served God faithfully, but there have been times I
have chosen to follow my own path rather than God's will for me. God allowed me
to learn a valuable lesson from that...His way is the right way! He has always
been willing and able to forgive me and restore that fellowship with Him, just
like a Father, a Heavenly Father. |

Darcy Blanchette |
Hi! My name is Darcy Blanchette. I currently serve at
Community Baptist as the Masters Club teacher for the 4 and 5 year olds.
I was Adopted into the Lord's Family on May 5, 2002. I attended a Catholic
Church most of my life but it never seemed to fit. Something always seemed like
it was missing. It wasn’t until 3 years ago that I found out what it was. What
was missing was God's Word and His Teachings on Himself and The Desires for His
Children.
As I sat in Church that Sunday Morning and heard Pastor Preach a message full
of God's Words (and I knew it was because I was reading along in my Bible), I
began to feel alive again and hopeful for my future. Jesus became real to me
that day and not just someone I was told to worship and told how to worship. I
learned that the only thing God wanted from me was my heart and my Trust in
Him, and by the Grace of God, He got that from me that day.
Since then, I have grown to Know Him more and He has been such a Wonderful part
of my life and has never Left me alone. He has made me not only a better Child
to Him, but a better Wife, Mother and Friend. I know That my life can be full
of Wonderful things if I only Trust the Lord. And with him in my life, I can do
ANYTHING…!

strengthens me” --Philippians 4:13

Susan Font |
My name is Sue. You can call me Susie if you’d like. I am
grateful that the Creator of the Universe loves me enough to have died for me.
I had found that out at age 21. His Majesty tried to get my attention at ages
16 and 18, but being the Giver of Choices, He allowed me to come to Him with my
free will.
A friend had given me a little booklet that told me very
simply and sweetly, that God loved me. After making enough “wrong choices”, and
growing weary of “hitting brick walls”, I reached into my pocket, read that
information on how easy it was to have a personal relationship with Jesus, and
asked Him to be my Savior. I’ve known Jesus since 1987 and want to grow in His
Grace all the more. I thank God for my sweet husband Victor, and our lovely
daughter Victoria. I teach the Sunday morning toddler class. |

Victor Font |
I got saved in May, 1976. Both my parents were in the
hospital. My mother had tuberculosis. My father was paralyzed from a stroke. I
was caring for my four younger brothers and sister. One night, I went out with
my "friends" and partook in behavior for which I am not proud. This resulted in
a car accident where I went through the windshield. My first memory of that
night is waking up in a hospital emergency room with a nurse telling me that a
plastic surgeon had been called. After over 200 stitches in my face, two broken
teeth, and a week long stay in intensive care, I was released to go home to
recuperate.
At home, I had an overwhelming urge to read a Bible. I'd
never looked in a Bible before. But when I did, the first verse I ever read is
Psalm 3:7 which says:
"Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou
hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the
teeth of the ungodly."
God had gotten my attention and I cried out asking what to
do next. A gospel tract that some tender soul had given me provided the answer.
In 1984, I began attending Peoples Baptist Church in Bayonne, NJ. I've since
served in many different roles. I've been a deacon, Sunday school teacher,
treasurer, and worship leader. I've provided pulpit supply for vacationing
pastors and have preached regularly at the Goodwill Mission in Newark, NJ.
Today I serve as one of the adult Sunday school teachers at Community Baptist
and am currently teaching through the book of Joshua. My wife Susie and I have
been married since 1991. We have one daughter, Victoria. From time to time, we
perform gospel concerts and open air music in support of street preaching. |

Janice Hwang |
How’s it going? I’m Janice and I work with my brother Jason
leading the youth/teenage ministry. My family started attending a fundamental,
bible-believing Baptist church when I was around 9 years old.
In May 1996, an evangelist named John Goetsch came to our church for revival
week. On Wednesday, May 2, he touched upon salvation. As I sat there and
listened, everything finally made sense. I realized that I was a sinner
condemned to hell, but since God loved everyone, He sent His only beloved son,
Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for all mankind. When the invitation was
called, I was nervous at first to go up and tell my pastor I wanted to get
saved. My pastor came and knelt next to me and asked me if I knew I was saved
or not. Petrified, I lied and told him that I was already saved.
Pastor knew better and asked me one more time. It was at that point that I
finally admitted that I wasn’t saved. He brought me over to his wife, she
opened her bible, and read to me John 3:16,
“For God so loved the world, that he gave
his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but
have everlasting life.”
She explained that Jesus came and died on the cross for my
sins. If I wanted to have the assurance that I’d be in heaven one day with God,
all I had to do was call upon his name, ask forgiveness for my sins, and ask
him to save me. I prayed that night asking God to forgive me and save me. By
putting my faith and trust in Christ I know I’ll be in heaven one day. |

Jason Hwang |
Thankfully, I have had the privilege of growing up in a
good godly Christian home. I came to accept Jesus Christ as my Savior during an
evening of family devotions when I was in eighth grade. Since then, I have seen
the Lord work in wondrous ways to mold and make me more like the Master. I am
especially grateful for the opportunities that the Lord has given me to serve
at Community Baptist Church. Through my time here I have learned many lessons
in servant-leadership and patience from each member of the church that I have
had the joy of interacting with. A verse that the Lord has used continuously in
my life has been Joshua 1:9,
“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and
of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy
God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
He teaches me that I can seek His will boldly and in faith
knowing confidently that the Lord has and will continue to keep every promise
He has ever made. |

Bonnie Ludka |
I was saved in 1981 through a Christian Day Camp in Seal
Beach CA. You would think a Christian Camp would be ready to give the gospel…I
never heard it. On the last day of camp we were required to do a skit of our
choice. A group of kids put together a skit that told the story of Jesus’
death, burial, and resurrection. Again, you would think an invitation would
have been given or a question and answer time…again, nothing. But as I sat in
the pew, the little girl next to me asked me if I have ever asked Jesus in my
heart. I answered “no” and she led me in the sinners prayer. Oh how I would
love to thank this girl someday. She will never know what she did that day. It
was not until age 15 that I finally understood what took place. I was invited
to First Baptist Church of Long Beach, CA by a group of teenagers from my high
school. I reluctantly went. I am so glad I did. It was there I grew
spiritually. At age 17 I surrendered my life to marry a preacher. I would
settle for nothing less. Off to Bible college I went. There I met and married
the best Christian I have ever known. We moved back to CA to serve in my home
church. While there for 8 years I taught school, organized ladies functions,
ran a bus route in downtown Long Beach, and taught a reading program for
dyslexic children.
Since our move to Connecticut, I have no greater joy then
to serve alongside of my husband here at Community Baptist Church. |

Nichol McDonough |
Hi my name is Nichol. I was saved when I was six years old
at an Awana youth group where I started attending Lakes Pond Baptist church,
along with my mom, sister, and brother. My mother enrolled us in Baptist Bible
Academy where I was privileged to learn good Christian values from great Godly
people. Out of highschool, I strayed from the Lord for awhile, which ended up
being the unhappiest times of my life. Thank God for His loving kindness and
for three great pastors who never gave up on me or my family. My husband and I
both serve at Community Baptist Church as sunday school teachers and in other
areas of the church as needed. I thank God for His everlasting graciousness and
mercy, and for allowing me to serve Him at Community Baptist Church.
"But they that wait upon the LORD shall
renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they
shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

Steve McDonough |
Hello my name is Steve. My wife and I started attending
Community Baptist Church while this ministry was still very young. We've had
the opportunity to see amazing things happen here. Many souls have been won to
Christ and many wonderful people have joined the church. I was saved when I was
twelve years old at a youth convention at the Sheraton Tara Hotel in
Massachusetts. I was so excited that I was going to Heaven I called my mom
right away to let her know I was saved. Her reply was "Great. wonderful!" Then
with a pause she said, "What do you mean? Are you okay?" She then asked me what
saved meant and I told her that it meant I was going to Heaven one day. She
replied in an odd voice, "Oh! That's good." She wondered, "Where did I let my
kid go wrong."
When I returned home to Norwich, Ct., I convinced my family
to attend Oakdale Baptist Church. I was baptized and my mom, dad, and sisters
all received Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. This is also the church
where I met my beautiful wife Nichol. My life as a Christian has been rocky at
times, but through God's grace he led us to a wonderful church with a wonderful
pastor. We knew the first time we visited Community Baptist church that this is
were God wanted us. The Lord got a hold of my heart to be a better Christian
and He straightened the crooked path I was headed on. Now I am teaching Super
Chuch which are the 1st through 6th graders. I love it! It's great because I
learn new things every week while studying for my lessons. I pray that God
continues to use me where needed.

so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;" --1 Peter 1:15

Lyda Pagan |
Hi there, my name is Lyda. I'm a busy mom of three growing
boys and a wife to a wonderful Navy man, John.
Right now at CBC I am blessed to serve in the church choir, church infant
nursery, and as a Sunday school teacher to God's littlest missionaries, four
and five year old children.
On July of 2001, I graciously accepted the Lord's gift of salvation. It wasn't
easy though. I was a little confused because growing up in the catholic
religion I wasn't told everything, especially about salvation. I was blessed to
have a friend who took the time to answer a lot of my questions. After two
months of questions and still a little confused, I turned to God and started to
pray. I started by asking God to forgive me of all my sins. I didn't realize
how much sin was in my life until that moment. With tears streaming down my
face, I asked our dear Lord into my heart. I cried a lot that night, but they
were tears of joy. I knew from that moment on, with the guidance and direction
from our Lord, I was going to be much happier in this life.
"Search me, O God, and know my heart: try
me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me
in the way everlasting." --Psalm 139:23-24

Danielle Thoma |
My name is Danielle Thoma. When I was seven years old, my
father led me to Christ in our living room. I have been in church my whole
life, and have always had an interest in helping children. I believe that
instilling Biblical values in young children will help them make good choices
when they are teens and adults. I am privileged to be able to minister in the
area of youth. My husband Jeremy and I lead the children's Super Church
activities on Sunday morning. |

Jeremy Thoma |
Hello, my name is Jeremy Thoma. I became a Christian
through my personal faith in Jesus Christ when I was twenty years old. I have
since learned many things from the Scriptures about God's amazing grace that I
did not know from my Catholic upbringing. I have learned the importance of
doing things God's way and have the desire to teach children the same. It
thrills my heart to be able to make a difference in the lives of the next
generation of Christians. Along with my wife Danielle, we lead the Sunday
morning children's Super Church. |

I had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home and
believe that was a major influence of being saved as a child. Several years
later, I was baptized and also dedicated my life to God.
Although at different times in my life my walk with God has not always been
great, He continued to show grace and pull me back to him. Now as a wife and
mother of three, I show my children the blessings of letting God control your
life.
As a member of Community Baptist Church, I work in the nursery and teach the
three year old class on Sunday mornings. Both are fun and very rewarding!
My life's verse is Proverbs 3:5-6:
"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart;
and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and
he shall direct thy paths."
